Chambers Kitchen
Whew! What a day! This kitchen has been quite an experience. They wanted a finish that I was not accustom to. But you know me..... Well, maybe you don't. But I never say NO. I just apply the learning curve. A few years ago I started doing some custom work for a gentleman in Mt. Dora. Needless to say his tastes were a bit over the top. He would always ask me if I knew how to make something or build this. I never said NO. Just as long as he didn't mind paying for my learning curve. (I was getting paid by the hour from him). During the course of the two years I worked on this gentleman home/office/son's home. I learned an amazing amount. It gave me the chance to "learn" some of the things that make my projects what they are. without having to eat the cost of the learning curve myself. I keep a large piece of wood in the shop over one of the doors. It was made using a jig that I invented. It is a big arch, and I affectionately call it my learning curve! I'll post a picture of it sometime. Hopefully your curve wont be too steep.
